Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, opened products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds or exchanges may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Incorrect item was shipped

  • Product defect

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase and photos may be required.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
